I have the opportunity to connect with children/parents during some of their most difficult life experiences, giving me the chance to instill hope, courage, knowledge, and love at a time when they need it most.

I love yoga, watercolor painting, working/playing outside, wildflowers, and chocolate covered cinnamon bears.

I earned my Masters Degree in 2001, became licensed in 2003, making this my 20th year as an LCSW.

What I Do For Fun
I love to explore nature with my family; hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, rappelling/canyoneering, snow skiing, and boating. I also live on a farm where I enjoy animals, gardening, and yard work.
